Stayed at Kamla Palace for 3 days and had a very warm, hospitable experience. The restaurant serves tasty food and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and ensured a smooth room service and hassle free check-in as well as check-out for us. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Our stay at Kamla Palace was for three nights. It was a comfortable stay and I liked the services and food. Staff was nice and cooperative. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. They have a inhouse restaurant and bar serving good food.

Nothing good about the hotel I must say. Its one of the dirtiest hotel in dehradun. Staffs not at all Cooperative. Bedsheets were dirty, pillow covers were dirty too. The blankets were stinking too. Bathroom were dirty too. Only good about the hotel is the food. Never would visit this hotel. Go for other options guys..

Stayed for a night with a large group due to a family function nearby. However, the experience is not good. No wifi, no parking space and surprisingly no hot water in winter season in Dehradun. The room service is fast but serving thermos for tea are unhygienic. Rooms are noisy due to traffic on roads. Lastly, the staff at reception is neither professional nor courteous.

Overall good hotel with all basic facilities. No coffee or tea maker available. AC is working slow, one have to wait 10 mins to get the exact cooling. In house restaurant is good and food is tasty. There is a temporary power disruption for one hour in the afternoon which was quite terrible due to hot summer.
